"I met Jen at a time where I was wanting to improve my mindfulness and meditation practice. I mentioned to her that I would love to participate in a group and within a week she put one together. The mindfulness group was a kickstart on my journey to becoming a more mindful and open person. The group was amazing. I learned so much and feel like the group was a gift. Jen is kind, helpful and a wealth of knowledge! I highly recommend Jen to anyone who is trying to expand and grow." Becky Freddo

"It is amazing how much Jen was able to open my eyes and make such an impact on me in just a 6-week workshop (1 hour per week). I can’t wait to continue on and participate in more of her classes and retreats in the future! Her deep knowledge made concepts that seemed so foreign to me (mindfulness, meditation) completely relatable and non-intimidating. She focused on making small changes to help us enjoy our lives as moms without feeling so frazzled all the time. I know I have a long way to go, but now I feel like I have a coach to encourage

me and help get me there. When I first started in her group I was feeling constantly frazzled, rushed, hostage to my “to do” lists without feeling truly “happy.” Yelling at kids, etc. I’m not saying that all of that has gone away, but I feel like I have a plan now of how to get to where I need to be. I stop and breath more now, spend less time on social media, and have found a new hobby reading the books you have recommended. A whole new world has been opened up to me that is helping me take the focus off of the insignificant things that I felt were ruling my life.I would recommend to anyone who seems to “have it all” but feels like something is missing...

Thanks Jen!”  Kim Pyne
